SHAWN
Sikder Md Shawn was born on 28 July 2000 in Dhaka, Bangladesh, where he spent his formative years.
His late father, Abdul Barek Sikder, was a highly respected entrepreneur who founded Fatema Printers in Dhaka in 1995. For decades, the company has provided high-quality printing solutions to both public and private sector clients across Bangladesh. The business was named in honour of his mother, Fatema Begum, a dedicated homemaker.
Shawn completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Millat High School, Bangshal, in 2017 and his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Ideal College, Dhanmondi, in 2019. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Amity University Dubai.
Based in the United Arab Emirates, Shawn is the Founder and CEO of Troop 21 Digital Advertising, a leading printing solutions company in Dubai. Recognised for its quality and reliability, the company offers a comprehensive range of services, including signage, offset, digital, and UV printing, serving businesses of all sizes.
Alongside his entrepreneurial achievements, Shawn is deeply committed to community service and leadership. He is the Founder and 1st Senior Rover Mate of Troop 21 Open Scout Group, affiliated with the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) and Bangladesh Scouts. He also serves as the Founder and Treasurer of the Abroad Bangladeshi Youth Society (UAE), a General Member of the Dubai Government-registered Bangladesh Association (Dubai), and the Joint Secretary of the Millat High School Alumni Association.
